The resort was beautiful, pools amazing, restaurants were very good. I had a few instances where I asked a resort employee a question like, “Where are the towels located”? I was totally ignored? We had a wonderful time.. lots of fees added at the end that seemed ridiculous but very nice resort.

Its a beautiful place. Service providers wonderful. Special shout to lyndon and dialo, wonderful gentlemen. However, the property can be very noisy with loud music playing that not everyone enjoys. We found the property confusing to navigate and the maps not always helpful. We thought all pools were available to us but not true of rosewood?? And finally its expensive but some charges were ridiculously excessive.

On our vacation in mid-December 2025, our hotel tower (maybe all of them) lost running water for 2 hours. There was no explanation or credit from the hotel. Everything (food, onsite entertainment, drinks) at this hotel is at a 4 Star level but priced like it's 5 Star. Some onsite entertainment/experiences are excellent, albeit short, but are priced extremely high. A 30 minute snorkel in their excellent aquarium for 3 adults was over $600 USD!!
