"Everything was excellent from accommodations to activities and food. The only thing they can do better is the check in process. I felt they could have provided support with our luggage’s and a map to our room. They missed out on the hospitality during check in which was our first impression. Other than that , we have a lovely time "

"The beach is just ok, but the property is beautiful. Staff are so hard working and polite. Very good food, especially Casanova. No need to leave the property, everything you want is on the resort. "

"Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. "

The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point. "

"Clean well maintained property with beautiful gardens. Amazing ocean views from anywhere on the property. Quiet and tranquil giving a relaxed holiday feeling. All staff polite and accomodating. Beautiful private beach is a major plus. Room very clean and comfortable. Only downside was feeling a little uneasy walking around surrounding area at night. Some nice dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended property"
