"Awesome place to stay, close to shops and eateries"

"Very spacious, clean and comfortably accommodation. The room opened onto a deck with outdoor furniture, overlooking the gardens at the front of the motel and the bay. The room was cosy and provides everything we needed for one night or a week. The location is exceptional overlooking the bay and with walking paths over the hills at the rear that lead into Coromandel. Delightful. The Coromandel Peninsula is so beautiful and we would love to visit again and would definitely stay at Harbour View Motel again. "

"Stayed three nights at Atea lodge. Wish we had booked a longer stay. Beautiful property with views to die for from the expansive balcony. Rooms meticulously clean and well appointed. Kelvin and Lynne were the most welcoming hosts and helpful with recommendations for attractions and dining options etc in the area. After days out exploring the surrounding district, loved returning to the lodge to soak in the views from that balcony over a wine or two. Breakfasts were excellent and set us up for the days activities. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. A highlight of our road trip around the North island."
