"I found this to be a very chilled out hotel. We had a superior room which was nice and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and professional. Only downside I would say is there didn’t seem to be any lifts, I had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer of help to do this. I did think the pool bar menu was slightly limited too. "

"Hotel staff were really nice and the maids did an excellent job keeping the place clean. The apartment we stayed in was very basic, cooking any decent meal was a pain, so really we would have been better going all inclusive. The beds were awful, really thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Apart from that they were kept incredibly clean by the maids so 5/5 for them! The biggest issue that we had were the other people staying in the hotel, they had no respect for anyone else, we had lads...

"The property is okay, it’s very far to walk to the main area, public transport is mediocre at best. The check-in guys were great and the dining all-inclusive was a great deal. There are TONS of families here. This is not a party spot or a spot for single people. Stay closer to the action. However, if you are a coupe of family that want to stay out of the chaos and be more relaxed then this is a good spot. "
