"The staff at the hotel are so warm and welcoming. As a woman traveling alone it made my stay very pleasant since the hotel atmosphere and staff is warm and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue is the noise level... this is not the hotel's fault...the clubs and restaurants around the area can be very noisy. Enough to wake you up at night. "We had a fabulous week staying at this property. A small but very friendly hotel in a lovely location - easily accessible to everywhere. The staff were friendly & helpful and the food was lovely. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meal choices were lovely, the evening meal was a menu choice rather than a buffet which made a nice change. "Let me start with this review with the director/Manager of the Hotel ANDREA, she was always in communication with the guests, especially when there was an issue or problem. In my point of view, she has handled and directed the hotel with professionalism and integrity to the point that I will definitely come back next year. Regarding, the hotel staff, they were the best, they treated me with respect and made me feel like I was at home. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as well. *Miriam *Mari *Dani *Carlos *Sara *Paty Regarding the food, it was best as well, breakfast and lunch. *Kevin *Sebas *Eli The staff at the pool bar and pool servers were the best they treated me like I did want to go home anymore, Julian was one best manager I’ve seen handling the busy bar at all times. *Yolanda *Nicole *Pablo *Aida *Idaia *Ruben *Lola *Loucio Also want to include as well *Carmen *Fernando *Rebecca *Moha *all the cleaning staff Totally recommend Beach Star Hotel for next summer.
