"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "

"Positives: Location is good. The lady at reception was very nice. Negatives: no shower in the accommodation. A shower was listed in the Expedia room description & you would think this is a basic facility all accommodation would have but alas not here. The apartment was dark & grimy. The fridge had a foul fish odour which tainted our food & seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. "Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!"

"From the moment I arrived – early – I felt welcome. I was able to sit down comfortably, order a cappuccino and relax while my room was prepared. I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. Staff were relaxed but also on their toes, so to speak. I will return to this particular hotel in Biarritz."

"Perfect for what a wanted, somewhere central to take advantage of public transport. During my week there I went to San Sebastian, Bilbao Bayonne, Dax using bus and train as well as getting into Biarrtz Will be back next December"
