"We have stayed here before (2 years ago) and it was lovely. We have recommended it to many people. However, this second stay was very poor in comparison. The grounds are lovely, but the staff and service aren’t at a 5 star level anymore. We got in late the first night and was told room service was available. "This hotel is superb in every way The setting/accommodation/staff/food are all excellent. I do however have one observation in the absolutely sub standard internet provision. For a hotel of this calibre I expected better. Hopefully they will address this before my next visit Thank you "

"The location is superb for those that like quiet, close to beach and boardwalks. We spent the morning walking the boardwalk, a little sun by the pool and a quiet siesta then bocci ball after dinner. Highly recommended. "

"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"
