I arrived to florida to attend my mothers funeral and selected this hotel for convenience. The staff was so pleasant and the checkin process was easy. cleanness if the room was good except for the large bug in the bathroom that was a bit overwhelming and made my stay challeng as i am terrified of the one i came across but my daughter was able to remove it. We didnt tell the staff as we didnt want that to be a reflection of them as they were awesome just that instance made me uncomfortable. Property was otherwise great. When you look for staff thats kind they have that accomplished

We booked for the hotel shuttle, but the shuttle was broken down so we still had to pay to park at the airport, but the staff told me that even if the shuttle is working, they require 3 days advance notice to use the shuttle. We arrived after midnight of New Year’s Eve due to flight delay. They do not offer late check out but boasted about the 11am check out. However housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10am and came back 2 more times before 11am.

This is a nice hotel but they have an issue with mildew and humidity. The room was musty like a basement. There’s a dehumidifier in the room but the reservoir was full and needed to be dumped… which I did. At 6 am the unit started beeping indicating that it was full and again needed to be dumped. The thermostat on the wall wasn’t working either and the room got up to 84 overnight, so that didn’t help with the dampness and odor.

The beds and shower were good. A large barking dog served as our unwanted alarm clock. A member of the cleaning staff used her key to enter the room without knocking. I was not fully dressed. She apologized but I can't understand why she didn't knock first.

My shower was leaking and the maintenance man hit the valve handle hard and it stopped, "good enough for me" he said and left. My toilet was clogged and they gave me a plunger! I am not a satisfied customer!
