We had a lovely stay here, the unit was spacious and well equipped. Great central location in Port Arthur. The wifi was weak at times, but otherwise a very nice place to stay.
A nice clean self-contained unit that met all of our needs. If staying again in Port Arthur we would rent again. Affordable and close to the Tasman National Park.
Two of us stayed one night in a newer studio cabin. It was clean and modern (albeit quite compact), quiet and close to shops and Port Arthur historic site. It allowed some self catering (microwave) and easy parking.
Great place to explore the Tasman Peninsula from. We’ll appointed clean rooms, beautiful location and grounds. Entrance is a little difficult to see at night only thing I could think that if that could improve finding it
Close to Port Arthur Historic site. ✅
Reception only open at limited times. Easily reachable via a phone call. ✅
I stayed in the newer accommodation which was lovely. It was equipped with its own kitchenette, fridge etc. All of the essentials. ✅
New owners recently purchased the property and are about to start a renovation blitz on the older rooms which are looking a little tired. Should be great when it’s finished.
Bushland surrounding the property and away from the main road. Very quiet and peaceful. ✅
I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. ✅
A great place for 3 bushwalkers about to embark on the 3 Capes track. Check in and comm's with PAV was seamless. It was also great to have a self-contained unit with kitchen and space to experience a 'gear explosion' before repacking. Good value for what we paid.
I visit the Tasman Peninsula about three times a year to visit my parents. I have stayed at a few different places. This is definitely in my top two. Great space and comfortable. Good parking. Very very good price. Will definitely be staying here again
Amazing. Absolutely beautiful cabin, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Perfect.

Port Arthur Villas were clean with great amenities! However, the isolated location and no reception made panning and communication impossible. It also made us feel slightly unsafe and concerned. Completely contactless pickup and drop off of accomodation key, staff were not there in-person.

Trees need a good clean up and BBQs need to be replacing and better lighting. Cleaner was very helpful and helped replace light in BBQ area. Leak under sink in kitchen. Upkeep of maintenance would benefit property. A upgrade of your internet my help to.
The room that we got was so new! I could even smell the new wood smell. Nice tall ceiling, big windows facing the beautifully groomed garden, with chickens and rabbits sometimes in the garden. Kitchen area is small but it’s ok. I love that the dining table is facing the window too. All facilities worked well and very new. Bed was nice and I slept so well there. The only criticism would be there were like some dead flies in the room, like 6 of them. Not sure how they got in, but would be nice for them to vacuum them before we come. Other than that, I would love to come back and stay here.

The cottages are really well situated for visiting the Port Arthur area and made a good base for travelling. The kitchen though basic had everything we needed and it was nice that there was milk in the fridge etc. The bed was extremely comfy, and the fact that we could catch up on laundry was the icing on the cake!
Check in was not straight forward - no key in an envelope as promised - and though staff addressed this, it was stressful. Similarly the lack of any wifi in the first accommodation allocated and the fact that we had to ask to be moved (this was not offered by staff) again made it stressful. I did not appreciate being told that I had been alerted to the likelihood of poor wifi in the confirmation email sent after I'd made my booking!
