"The hotel was clean and felt new. Bed was comfortable. No complaints with the room and facilities. However, I'm a native Texas and I am ashamed of the staff. They weren't rude, but they were not friendly. No information was given to me about check out time or when breakfast was or where the ice machine was. When I went to look for the ice machine, the arrow pointed in the opposite direction. And there was never anyone at the desk, it was like they were hiding. I expected more from the...
