"Quiet and clean"

"The elevator stops slightly below the ground floor--so if you're on it, after it stops you have to push the "1" button again so it will move up a few inches so the door will open. If you're outside waiting, the light goes off but the door won't open (because it's too low) so you have to push the button again. When we mentioned it to an employee they indicated the owner is too cheap to fix it--as they have had elevator problems in the past. Stating they went 6 weeks without elevator. I'D NOT...

"For the most part.. everything was great.. couple of small things were not reviewed.. wifi code, time for breakfast.. after 11 years in Marriott/Hilton HR .. my biggest issue and what needs to be reviewed is NOT to SAY a guests room number.. especially when there is someone else right there. There is some issues.. that I have not said anything yet, so they do not have a chance to "make it right".. there is flooring that needs attention. Its a trip hazard especially for an elderly person.....

"The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. The room had many amenities but was not well insulated from surrounding sounds both inside the hotel and from traffic. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice and friendly, especially Taneka. It's a good budget, pet friendly place to stay. "
