Vuokraamani mƶkki olisi kaivannut remonttia. Mƶkin lattia oli likainen, se olisi kaivannut pesemistƤ, mutta vƤlineitƤ ei ollut. Samoin sauna haisi likaiselta ja kylpyhuoneen lattianrajassa oli hometƤpliƤ. Paikkana Yyterin rantojen lƤheisyys oli hyvƤ ja lƤhistƶllƤ paljon lomatekemistƤ.

NeljƤhenkinen perhe mahtui nukkumaan yhden yƶn, jos toki levitettƤvƤ vuodesohva oli etukƤteisarvauksen mukaan varsin epƤmukava. Hinta (150 e / yƶ) mielestƤni hieman korkea mƶkin tasoon nƤhden. Sauna ja pesuhuone ok.
