We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. "We were only in Porec for a night but we had a nice stay at the Felix Residence. Alita is a very nice host. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen very well appointed. The wifi is outstanding. The shower strong. The AC struggled a bit to keep up as it was a very hot day but ultimately did the trick. Do check the booking notes before you check in as they take a cash deposit. It's perfectly reasonable and easy but we were at the end of our trip and barely had enough cash on hand. "

"Beautiful setting within a pine forest next to the sea. The 'beach' areas all around the property are excellent with plenty of seats. The staff are super efficient and very friendly. However the breakfast and dinner buffets are hit and miss, particularly for vegetarians and the rooms are in serious need of updating."

"I can't comment on the hotel itself because I didn't get to stay there. I showed up at this hotel after another Valamar property in the center of town didn't have the room available that I booked. Hotels.com rebooked me here. When I arrived, the front desk told me they didn't know why hotels.com booked me there as they only had a room for 1 night, not 2.
