"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Great location and staff very friendly.....general amenities let this hotel down sadly....even thought they say theres a bar there isent and getting a simple coffee can be difficult ..one lift out of two not working....some areas look tired and bathrooms need updating but beds are really comfortable and breakfast buffet has a good choice....for the price i would stay here again"
