Dior and Sven went above and beyond for us, and every single staff member made us feel truly cared for over the last four days. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference in the unique situation we were all just in. That kind of service is rare, and it meant the world to us. We wouldn’t trade the experience we just had for anything. We’re leaving with full hearts and a deep appreciation for all the people who made it so special. We will definitely be back—and until then, we’ll be singing the praises of Riffelhaus to everyone we know. Thank you for everything. You truly are something special! "

"Enjoyed my stay. Cute little hotel, great accomodation for the price. Only 1 night stay on a roadtrip. Attached restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast included was a nice continental buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi was decent. Limited parking available. Would book again!!"

"Great hotel, clean, helpful staff, amazing spa! Slightly out of town (up a steep hill), not a problem during the day time as there's a shuttle bus but if you like to go into the town centre on an evening - it's a trek back."
