"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the “feirinha” market place. Even during the day it was not safe. Not a good location at all. "Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."
