"Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. "This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"Not real easy to get to but drivers know how to get within 50 feet The hotel is right on the main walking street so can get noisy if the college age students are out Walking to anything in the city is fast and is worth a visit as there are plenty of nice restaurants. 1-2 day stay place Front desk helpful and don’t miss the breakfast buffet "

"This hotel is on a slop behind central bus and railway station and close to shopping. It could be a bit tricky to get into the city center, but once it is figured out, it is pretty easy. It combines both the benefits of convenience and quietness for me. It may be a bit issue for people who have a lot of luggages or elderly travelers as it requires a bit uphill walking. The hotel service is excellent, the staff was really friendly and professional. They also provided helpful information of cooking classes I was looking for; the breakfast was freshly prepared, cappuccino was so yummy! The bed and sheets are high quality and clean! Overall, the service and ambience is super, I am beyond satisfied. "

"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff. "

"Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay! "
