"I liked everything about this hotel. Staff came out to our car to greet us (Sam). He insisted on carrying our luggage to our room and parking our car. The proprrty is well designed, lovely pool, great dining room with emphasis on local cuisine and a veautiful beach at our door step. I would return to Vilka Rasa anytime but for a longer stay."

"Estadia tranquila...o único problema que no ato da reserva informei que éramos casal de idosos e ficamos no terceiro andar de escadas.... não indico para pessoas idosas pois o café da manhã também é no segundo andar... mas tirando esse percalço a hospedagem foi satisfatório ...em frente a praia... não precisamos de carro para nada...."

"O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestão é muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionários. Todos eles sao bem educados, porém falta organização no hotel. O café sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou café em um dia, no outro açúcar, o leite, ate os talheres. O cafe era bem simples, as frutas e frios expostos e moscas pousando neles. A piscina não estava limpa, pedimos no primeiro dia para...

"There was mold in my room and l was sneezing all night because of it. The bed sheets also smelled like mold. There was animals trapped in small cages, such as snakes and birds, which amounts to animal cruelty. The stairs are dangerous for old people. "

"This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. The property was very clean, room was clean and well organized. I felt like it was worth every dollar. Truly a first class experience. Everyone was very professional, helpful and genuinely kind. I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend! "

Good but not awesome

"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"
