"The experience was great from before we got there to after we left. The staff at Casa da Galeria is amazing! They are super friendly and professional. They will answer any questions you have or help you with anything you need. They were proactive even before we got there. Their breakfast is amazing. "This is a super cute and unique place! We loved breakfast and the dinner options. Having the pineapple greenhouses right there to explore was great. The massage in the pineapple garden was fantastic! Would definitely rebook!"

"The breakfast was good, plentiful and tasty. BUT there was zero variety, day to day. Always the exact same food. Rooms and hallways were quiet and we were beside the elevator - no problem. Get used to narrow streets and people walking everywhere but still respecting each other's space. Good variety of restaurants and bars all within walking distance but there are smokers everywhere and they smoke in the doorways but not inside a business. Weather is OK and changes by the minute. "Great hostel, guests were quiet and respectful. Tap cards access the doors and lockers. I would have loved to leave my bag in a locker, but that was not available so I left it under the stairs and came back later for it for an additional 5Euro. "

"This place was amazing. We had our own bathroom and one of the best views ever. The staff was excellent, the rooms were always clean and fresh smelling. Was a little skeptical at first with no air conditioning but we never needed it. There was a ceiling fan installed during our stay as well as the balcony door opened all day and night. Never felt hot, easy to sleep. Excellent stay"

"We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"Had a great five night stay. At check in we were greeted by Elsa and Alexandra at the reception desk. Both of these ladies are true ambassadors of the hotel and the island. They were so pleasant, informative and willing to go out of their way to ensure we were made aware of all important things like tours, car rental, in house needs, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a great way to start our visit. Our room was very good, large and quiet despite overlooking the harbour. The room and the entire hotel is spotless. Staff are constantly cleaning all areas of the facility. The breakfast area is very well managed with staff constantly clearing and cleaning tables and replenishing food. As for the staff in the hotel, there wasn’t one who didn’t greet us with pleasantries. It really appeared as though they all enjoyed their jobs and were dedicated to ensuring the guests were treated with respect. Amenities like a constant supply of bottled water, coffee supplies, daily cleaning, plush towels, robes, etc. were all part of an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the Hotel and would most definitely stay there again should we return. "
