"Always surprised that Pondicherry does not have any decent, modern, full-facility five-star hotels, given Marriott and GRT have opened great top-notch hotels in Trichy and Madurai etc. This is quieter than the Accord, though also on a busy street. "This hotel was great for a short stay. The hotel itself lacks a 4star luxury feeling, but it has more of a small boutique hotel feel. It's also a great location. It's a walkable distance to the boardwalk/ocean front, which was nice. At night, the area was lively and safe.
