"The staff are wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at any hotel in this price range. Yes the hotel is kind of dated, but it's clean and our room was as well. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complaints about smoke smells....there were other guests definitely smoking in the hallway but it wasn't noticeable at all in the rooms. Those guests need to respect the non smoking policy of the hotel."

"Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great."
