"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...

"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"This was a great location on a quiet street that had numerous restaurants and bars but didn't feel busy. The check-in was sent ahead of time, so our very late arrival was not an issue. Parking was a little odd but once we figured it out it was very easy and secure. The breakfast option was just right. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location."

"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. "It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"Hotel was very nice, there was also a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was not worth the 15-20 euro charge. Hotel is in a bit of an inconvenient area outside of the city. It was a 15 min walk to closest train/metro. You do just have to watch what times they close for the evening. "

"The hotel is almost perfect. Breakfast is top notch. Three minor things: 1. We stay at the 2nd floor. There are constantly humming sound from trolly every few minutes. I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper. 2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes. It took me 4 hours to complete my laundry due to constant use of the laundry by the hotel itself. 3. They have a nice sauna/hot tub area. The sauna is nice. But the hot tub water is pretty cold. It is like cold pool water. I am not sure whether in Europe they use hot tub in such low temperature. In US, the hot tub is much warmer. All in all, I really love my stay in the IQ Hotel apart from the several minor things above."

"Absolutely wonderful would recommend to everyone. Literally stone throw away from Milan central easy access to centre Pillows hard but wouldn’t stop us from going again. Staff polite helpful "

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "
