"This hotel was convenient to Old Town, about a 12-minute walk. The rooms were nice but small. Breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It is tucked into a series of older appartment buildings and difficult to find. But it feels like an oasis once you arrive."

The food was excellent and the facilities all well organised and very clean. "My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and easily could have done another 5. The bedroom was wonderfully kept and I enjoyed every minute in and by the pool, on the nearby Borik beach and swimming in the sea. Somehow they got wind that it was my birthday the day before we left, and left a card and present in the bedroom. "Overall experience was great only the tans are very close to each other- our stay was during October so we were there alone but in case of season it would be very crowdy and just a little privacy on the other hand sauna was great and the beach very close is beautiful indeed!"

"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. Restaurant was a 5 *Michelin as far as quality of food don't know if they have that title or not but they definitely should have if not. Would definitely stay agin if ever in the area again."

"Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!! "

"Very serene scene "

"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"So this was our second time here and it was even better than last time, seafront setting and cracking pool, definitely only a 2.5* as it’s a little tired but evidence that they are improving, food and drink options 6/10 but you get what you pay for 👍 Location has won us over 😎 if you fancy a change of delicacy one night, turn left out of the back of the hotel and a 5 min walk will lead you to the Famous Bar/Restaurant, great pizzas and perfect to watch the sunset 🌅 "
