Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Ja, sie liegt an der Schnellstraße und für die Fahrt in die Stadt benötigt man das Tuc-Tuc (12€ Hin- und Rückfahrt-klappt hervorragend). Das wussten wir vorher. Der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Bei geschlossener Tür kaum zu hören. Der Pool ist sauber, sehr schön angelegt. Genügend Liegen mit Handtücher. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt davor mit großer Terrasse schön ausgestattet. (Eine Stange zum Trocknen der Badesachen wäre gut). Das Personal sehr freundlich, ansprechbar, toller Cappuccino und beim Frühstück für ein kleines Hotel alles da. Sogar Brötchen (ausgebacken aber gut). Kein Rührei etc. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Geschlossener Parkplatz.

You need a car to get around. Noise from high way nearby. Very friendly host - and very sweet breakfast.

Lovely family run retreat

Really nice and friendly family-run hotel on the edge of the city center. The pool is very nice and the rooms are clean. I loved the service! The hotel itself is on the opposite side of a motorway from the city center, but taxis are easy to get, and more convenient than finding parking in Polignano!

The air conditioner gave us a little bit of issues (understanding how to operate it mainly) and It was pointed directly to the bed which is not super pleasant despite the heat of the season. Also setting the temperature seemed tricky and the staff is not there to answer questions after 8 PM so we were on our own. It is still a very pleasant place to stay. Make sure you don't get the room with the conditioner aimed at your face :D

Lovely hotel!

We stayed at the Carone Suite for 7 days and loved it! The staff are very attentive and couldn't be more helpful, they answered every question we had and were really polite. The hotel was a little further from Polignano than I'd expected (I thought we could walk into the centre, but due to main roads it was a bit hard!) but the hotel offered a taxi that would take you into the centre and back for a really good price. The food at the hotel was lovely, and the rooms were really comfortable and clean. The pool is clean and really relaxing. Overall our stay was wonderful, thank you to Antonio and his family! We'll definitely try to come back!
