Everything was outdated and rundown. AC is loud. It looked like a halfway house. We only stayed 1 night but I didn’t sleep at all. It is in some serious need of sprucing up. It was walkable to the boardwalk. Staff was not there upon arrival. I needed to call.

My Son ended up going to the property and unfortunately was very disappointed about no one being available at check in, the unopened room, security concerns , the cleanliness of the room, the smell of cigarettes in the room. He dropped off the key and is not staying tonight or tomorrow night. I think a refund should be in order ultimately from your property. I took a chance as it said 8 out of 10 reviews through Expedia and it didn’t work out.

Honestly the perfect stay if you want something a little cheaper priced at the shore. Very quiet and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again when we go back!

Went for a weekend stay. It was very clean, well kept, staff was very nice at check in. Close walk to the boardwalk. It took us about 10 mins or less to walk with all of our beach stuff. Would love to stay here again! 😊

Jayne was veey nice and on top of things her customer service was definitely a 10. However the facility itself has a mild mildew smell coming out of the AC, there were ants crawling all over the wall in the kitchen, it was not as clean as it could have been, and there were also dead flies on the floor. I think thete is some work to do fir health and safety wise.

The 3 positives were the manager who was pleasant and was willing to accommodate our request to check in a little early, a coffee maker, and the location not too far from the beach. The negatives were many - very dirty floors and carpet, broken blinds, stained towels, a very uncomfortable bed that had only sheets on it and sparse outdated furniture. Would definitely not recommend staying there!!

For Seaside Heights, this was a very good hotel. Room was clean, had carpet, king size bed, bathroom worked, had plenty of hot water, new molded plastic shower stall. Bathroom door would not close (needs trimming). Unfortunately the AC unit is a nightmare!! It was like having a jet engine in your room- insanely loud. We slept about 2 hours. What a shame when everything else was pretty good .

Beach Motel
This place does its job for a place to stay and take a shower on a trip to the beach. Nothing too spectacular but no complaints either. The room was cleaned well on the surface, comfortable bed and good size room. Only cons: There were some ants and only one nightstand. I would stay here again especially for the close distance walk to the boardwalk!
