Just didn't live up to my expectations. The most distracting aspect was loud, noisy guests well into 3 - 4 am. The supplies in the room were not available - shampoo had no liquid in it, no bars of handsoap, etc. The pool didn't have towels and the supplies were not available (shampoo in shower). The jacuzzi was barely working - jets not really circulating the water. The gym facility had old machines - bike was wobbly and not connected to change the resistance, stepper was all metal that scraped. Will not be coming back.

Was disappointed when we arrived when one of the outside pools were closed. Also small restaurant on site had closed Labor Day weekend, this had not been the case in years past. Overall enjoyed our stay, staff very pleasant. Will be returning

The entire place is good! It’s not a place I would choose for an extended stay but for a quick, last minute getaway to the beach, it was good. There’s on site dining, a bar, pool tables, indoor and outdoor pool options, private beach access and walking distance to the boardwalk. The shuttle stops at a ton of popular locations. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very clean but they are extremely dated. Bed was as hard as sleeping on concrete with a sheet. Definitely not my preference for comfort. But it was convenient, safe and clean. We would stay again for convenience but no more than a night or two due to the bed and layout of the room.

The room was definitely not beachfront, handicapped accessible. Very unsafe for myself , who was handicapped. Paid a $25 for a resort fee and the hot tub didn’t work, the one restaurant and ice cream place was closed. Resort fee for what cause we couldn’t use half the stuff the resort offered. Beach was closed. No where on site or in reservation did it say that. Room was definitely not the picture of the room we thought we booked. Definitely not a beachfront room. Beachside yes. Town was awful for a tourist town! Boardwalk was closed for the most part. I could go on and on.

The best part about this resort is its location right on the beach in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Our room was clean and we did not have any evidence of mold unlike some of the other reviews you may read. The pool was great as well. We got exactly what we were looking for… At hotel that we could wake up and see the sunrise from our balcony and head out to the beach Over the dunes. We’ve stayed in many five star resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean and that was not what we were looking for. This was a great place for a quick inexpensive getaway that made us feel like we were on the beach without a huge drive to the Cape or the Outer Banks . We definitely plan to come back next year at the end of the season as well!

Family friendly property right on the beach and walking distance to the amusement park and aquarium as well as several eateries. The two on property restaurants were really good. The room was pretty small and humid, and our bathing suits didn't dry well, we had to hang them out on the patio. Also, we ran out of tissues on our second day and they were never refilled. Overall though it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again coming to this area.
