"Birthday getaway. We’ve stayed at The Hollis multiple times and really enjoy the hotel. We returned Friday evening and asked the lobby for one steak knife or sharper then a butter knife and we’re told no . Not a problem, we went up to the room and after an hour we realized that the room temperature did not change no matter what setting we tried. The room was very warm. It is a very central location close to many amenities, restaurants, bars and groceries.
