"Checkin was slow as there were 20 or so people online before me. There were 6 checkin clerks but it still took about 10-15 minutes to get to the counter. Parking was somewhat a hassle as the parking garage was filled on most of the levels. The hotel and casino are probably the best in Biloxi."

"Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Walking distance to Hard Rock and Beau Rivage Casinos. Access to several restaurants. The rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful. Check in was fast. Great breakfast spread. Highly recommend as an alternative to pricey casino resort rooms. 10-15 min drive to shopping and more restaurant choices further into Biloxi or D’iberville."

"We’ve stayed at this particular venue in the past and were not disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and more than accommodating. Our CSR on todays trip upgraded our room to give us a better view and that small act of kindness did not go unnoticed. My husband and I were more than appreciative. From start to finish she was professional, kind and she possessed such a warm personality. Give the gal a raise. She is more than well deserving of it ❤️"
