"I booked "Classic Double Room, Sea View". The room had everything which the picture on this site shows only organisation was different. I liked the room, particularly the sea view balcony. On the first day I somehow managed to jam the balcony door which was fixed by the property care taker/owner(Ella, don't know her job profile), the next day. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"
