Hotel muito bem localizado e com uma boa limpeza. O quarto é extremamente pequeno mas OK. A única coisa ruim é que o café da manhã é servido no quarto. No quarto tem uma mesa bem pequena que é ruim para tomar o café da manhã. Do mais, OK.

Hotel charmoso. Pra quem curte cafes e vinhos esse hotel vai adicionar um algo a mais. Ele e antigo. Tem móveis restaurados. Piso de madeira que faz aquele rangido ao andar. Mas o hotel está todo renovado. NAO TEM atrativos pasa crianças. Cafe servido no quarto e um diferencial. Tbem tem uma cafeteria anexa. E perto de tudo. Eu gostei muito

Hotel confortável, limpo, bem localizado e com bom custo benefício. Ocupando um predio histórico de Poços de Caldas nos remete à decada de 30 em seus anos aureos. Quarto confortável, limpo e agradável. O café da manhã é servido no próprio quarto, no horário escolhido e com pridutos de qualidade. Possui estacionamento. Vale a pena se hospedar!

O hotel no geral é muito bom e o atendimento foi impecável. Por outro lado, o hotel não conta com área para refeições. O café da manhã é escolhido com antecedência e levado no quarto no horário combinado, o que pessoalmente, considero ruim. Banheiro espaçoso, porém quarto pequeno.

A estadia foi muito boa, a localização do hotel é excelente, os quartos são muito bonitos e confortáveis. Mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, eles servem no quarto, eu pedi várias coisas que não serviram e quando pedi pra repetir o suco disseram que não podia pq era feito sob medida (um copo pra mim e um pro meu esposo) mandaram 1 pão de sal (para duas pessoas dividir); 3 pães de queijo, duas fatias de muçarela e mamão. E não algumas coisas que eu tinha pedido. Ou seja: escasso

Ótima localização, porém estadia razoável
O melhor deste hotel é a localização, fica a apenas uma quadra do Parque José Affonso Junqueira, ou seja, de boa parte dos pontos turísticos, e é bem movimentado à noite, principalmente no final de semana. O atendimento é excelente, não tenho do que reclamar. O banheiro é enorme, bem espaçoso, a ducha é excelente e eles dão itens da O Boticário (sabonete, shampoo). Tem estacionamento, porém é um corredor muito estreito com espaço sobrando cerca de 15 centímetros de cada lado, não quis me arriscar a usar à noite, mas como tudo fica perto para ir a pé não foi problema. Pontos negativos: Não gostei do café da manhã servido no quarto, precisa ser agendado e tem poucas opções, no segundo dia de estadia o café chegou 30 minutos antes, nem tínhamos acordado ainda, o ruim é isso, se você quiser mudar de ideia pela manhã já não dá mais tempo. O quarto é bem pequeno, pouco maior do que a cama, tomar café nele ficou bem ruim.
