"Hotel staff was not great and unhelpful. Tried to charge me at check in even though I already paid and wanted a higher price than what I booked with. I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number.
