"Beautiful accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was stunning, well equipped and cleaned daily. The Belmar is a 5 minute walk from the beach. However, the location is quite isolated if you have no car. The nearest mini-market is a 20 minute walk and there are limited bars or restaurants within walking distance although there is a restaurant and a small bar on site. Lagos old town is a 45 minute walk, so a taxi is needed. "

"Stayed for one night, the apartment was comfortable. The one downside to checking in was the timing was quite late at 5pm. however as it’s was only one night, and the complex is huge, I tried to walk to reception twice in the space of 90 minutes upon checking into my room and became completely lost. "This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are what make it. Very friendly and accommodating, food is lovely with plenty of choice. "Our overall experience was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was looking a little tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean. Our first day by the pool was ruined by a bunch of rowdy men shouting and swearing, hence we went to the beach and never went back to the pool. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent though the bbq grill at the muthu garden was absolutely terrible. Firstly they argued we had not booked but i could quite cleary see my name on the list....

"We were staying in apartment 107 on ground floor which had the pool tables just outside our balcony and found this to be a problem as the people using the table used the wall around balcony to put all their belongings on ,we had to keep curtains pulled most of the day and were unable to sunbath comfortably.
