"I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. I booked last minute and my budget was limited. Went there without expecting anything. The apartment was basic. Basic swimming pool but my kids 5 and 3 years old enjoyed swimming. "The bungalow was located in a quiet area of the camping and had all the amenities one would need for a week-long holiday. I particularly appreciated the blinds AND black out curtains in all rooms making it possible to sleep in despite bright morning light. "Check in was a nightmare, were told we hadn't a booking nd sent to another complex, but for the fact we had a friend in salou that spoke Spanish we'd still be walking around. Finally got keys after about 5hrs nd next morning same staff member was on, no apologies from him, still trying to say it was our fault nd didnt give right name nd just went on about money! Extremely disappointed, put a downer on our holiday from the start, wud never go back there nd wud not recommend it 😡"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions"
