They let you store your bags if you get there earlier than check in time. The location is perfect with many fun places in walking distant. "I travelled to New York for my birthday weekend. I wanted a hotel that was in a great location. This hotel was an excellent choice . The room was excellent. Great customer service at the front desk. Fast and easy check in. Great hotel staff and just all around excellent service. I definitely would come back to this hotel."

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "

"Front desk staff was wonderful! They we so friendly and kind. Helped us navigate subway and travel. There’s a subway entrance just outside the hotel. Easy to get to anywhere in the city from here. Room was clean. We had a view of the Empire State Building and the street wasnt loud being at a lower door. Highly recommend this hotel. I will book here next time in the city. I’ve stayed at a few places and this is by far the best. "
