"Everything was great , the room and the staff. The only thing was our room keys (3rms total) did not work upon re entry as we were getting back from a wedding , with bride and all, not the end of the world but not the best way to end the night."

"There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, just a fan, even though air-conditioning is advertised. The property is very dated. Chipped finishings, old bathrooms, nobody bothers to help with luggage or hold the doors. The location is pretty good."

"Good hotel for just sleeping in. I was on business in Celaya and this was a great location to simply come to sleep and have a clean place. Not recommended for visiting with family or for vacations. Great they have a full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner."

"Love the property ! Very safe clean.It’s like being home away from home. You have all the comforts . Living room, Kitchen, washers d dryer.Great for two couples or a family . "Good location and felt the staff went the extra mile when asked for a late checkout. Good parking on site. Would recommend."

"Stay was good. Convenient and most importantly air conditioned. If you go to this area between April, May and June, you want to stay in an Air conditioned hotel. The only negative is that not all rooms have a refrigerator. I reserved two rooms for three days. One room only had a refrigerator. "

"The property is actually an Acienda that was renovated to become a hotel. It has its garden in the middle with a fountain and the rooms with balconies that you can see all around you. The breakfast is very complete with fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs to taste, chilaquiles, beans, enchiladas, waffles and They cook them to your liking."

Great Mid_Range Hotel

"HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!"
