"If like me you vacation at a hotel for a nice room to sleep in but not to spend your whole time there and thus requiring a lot of amenities and luxury, then this place is quite nice. "The staff and the business owner were simply lovely and really responsive when I have a question or demand. The place was clean, really nice and i wish I could have more time to enjoy it. It's a bit further away from the centre, but I recommend a lot, a really nice and sweet place with lovely people working there."

"This hotel is just as its named. A great boutique hotel. It's in a great area in Centro Merida. Close to the Grand Plaza and the Gastronomy district. The included cook to order breakfast is more than you can expect these days and "Barbara" who brings it to you is simply delightful!"

"I thought that two coffee pods were included, but I had to forfeit the ones I brought for the two we had. The staff kindly arrived at 5 AM to take our luggage down and to bring a sack lunch as we left too early to get the included breakfast. I had thought the restaurant was on the premises, but it was not. Lovely architecture and furnishings. Aqua de Mar was a good restaurant close by."

"In general, everything was excellent. Nice and pleasant place. The staff and breakfast were great. They always and promptly answered to any request. They should renovate the bathrooms. They need to find a way to safely control the mosquitos in some areas. In one of our party rooms the mosquitos were annoying. Other than that, simply excellent. "
