"We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough. "

"Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night."

"Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early. "I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. "Everything was perfection! The front desk was very kind and welcoming. The staff wonderful and professional. The spa and the lady taking care of it was great. The food was great. The pool area was a piece from heaven. The fact that you can chat to the staff via WhatsApp for requests and food orders was very practical. Will definitely go back!"
