"We had mixed feelings about this place but booked anyways we were surprised at how clean the hotel is & staff was great from our arrival to our departure they carried our luggage & welcomed us, only thing is day front desk staff needs to be a little more friendly. The area wasn’t bad we felt safe at all times & we liked that it’s close to everything you want to do or see in the center of town. Definitely will be back "

"We really enjoyed our time in Guadalajara and our stay at this hotel was amazing. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, shopping mall, catedral, mercado San Juan, centro Joyero and other fun places. The hotels customer service was great from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers various tours at really good prices and I felt safe during my stay at all times. "

"I like the room and the hotel I like the service but I had little issue, on arrival to the front desk they let me know that the room that I did make the reservation was not available any more and that they were going to give another room a lot different than the one I reserved but they will make it up to me with free breakfast, at this point I was very disappointed, the lady at the front desk noticed that and very fast they told me that never mind that they had a room equal that the want I had...
