"The property was a beautiful country home a near wonderful hiking trails and a short drive from either Valencia or Alicante. Our hosts (Macu and Jose Luis) were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They provided maps and points of interest in the area and, although we would often return late in the evening, there was always someone awake to greet us upon our arrival. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. "Loved the location of this hotel. Spotless modern rooms. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a Seaview room. Breakfast was included but very basic/not to my liking. Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot to be desired. Overall a great base to explore the area, will definitely return and recommend however that receptionist is worth watching. "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. Very repetitive but fine. A few places to walk out to from the hotel and beach is less than 10 minute walk. Great value for families. I joined friends there for a few days and was expensive on your own. "
