"The people at the hotel are amazingly kind and helpful. From Salvador to Carmen, they helped us with luggage, finding restaurants, and more. The rooms fine although I don't recommend the ones without windows. The ones in front with a view of the street are lovely and light. The bathrooms are fine and the beds very comfortable. "This is a beautiful place to stay in a fine location. The staff are courteous and efficient. Breakfast (à la carte) is excellent. The overall design is gorgeous - especially the indoor/outdoor flow. However, in the rooms, the design tends to favor style over convenience. For example, there are no closets or drawers, and no soap/shampoo shelf in the shower. There are, however, sufficient shelves and hangers so it is entirely possible to unpack. "
