"Nice hotel located close to dining and shops with easy beach access. Our room was spacious: separate bedroom, futon in the living room, bathroom has bathtub too and a nice balcony. My only complaint is that the floors had concrete so it was really cold. Especially because our visit was in February. "

"Overall loved the location, beautiful view. I will stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: location, beach access, check in staff very friendly, parking security very friendly and helpful. Very close to eateries, bars, clubs. If you want peace and quite and just want to relax this is not for you. Most of Rosarito is a party beach, a place to have fun, drink, listen to music, have a bon fire, and set some fireworks. A lot of vendors trying to sell you from peanuts to massages....

"Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
