"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. "The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. "My fave hotel to stay in everything was perfect! View of salt lakes from Pink terrace is beautiful. Room cleanliness outstanding. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails, sangria and cappuccinos. Food very tasty - my favourite meal was spaghetti carbonara! Reception areas spotless."

"The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed. "
