"The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Situated in central Torrievieja. It is a few minutes walk from the bus garage and shops. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The reception and dining area are modern. The rooms have dated decor. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was a small croissant in a packet, a small cake in a packet, two toasts (lovely bread), butter, jam, a slice of ham and cheese. "No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. "Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out. This was ob several occasions and he should be thoroughly ashamed of himself. Otherwise a great event in a dated but perfect hotel. "
