"This is my favourite hotel in Torre Del Mar. Spacious rooms, clean linens, firm beds. All the basics ticked! The staff are fantastic very friendly and accommodating. I can walk from the bus station with my luggage. It’s very close to the sea and places to eat. Highly recommend. "

"Location and view was good. Room had a kettle and cups yet no coffee or tea, Had to complain and finally was offered some packs. Tennis court was always occupied by non residents and couldn't play. Breakfast; had to request table to be cleaned several times, out of foods f9r some time. Very disorganized plenty of staff"

"Booked the most expensive room was placed into a basement service quarter room marked as private with no other rooms on that "floor" in the middle of the coldest rainiest season with a child with no hot water, wifi, non-working stove or even blankets. Totally avoided my calls, what's apps or emails ( they are never at the reception) as they know they messed it up. Had to book ourselves into another hotel for the rest of the stay. Of course no refund either. Total disgrace."

"The hotel is right on the beach - get a room at the back of the hotel with a sea view and balcony the trip advisor standard room is at the front but we called and paid 100 euros extra (for two of us over 6 nights). "Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed. Shower was good but wet room style. I was on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Just something to be aware of. Staff were very helpful."
