"We did not like the Brasas restaurant too much, it was not the best tasting food; however, the Ventanna restaurant buffet was the best food option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ventanna had great food selection and a wide variety of options we liked. Juan was really awesome and we enjoyed the salsa class, and the palates class he taught. We also enjoyed the Aura spa, it was awesome. The massage, reflexology and hydrotherapy were a key aspect of the resort. The rooms were fancy and nice, and the bathrooms were awesome, very clean as well. The staff was so respectful and nice, always attentive and ready to help with anything."

"This was our third trip to this particular resort. We come every October. The weather for most has been decent. This past October it rained a couple of the days BUT it didn't ruin our time. We still enjoyed plenty of sun and fun! The most favorite time at the resort I have was the foam party! So much fun! I only wished there was more interaction like that around the pools other days of the week. But all in all this is my favorite. Can't wait to come back to see Claudia and David our two favorite bartenders!!"

"I am so happy that i stayed here! It is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very safe. The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. Tony at the front desk was amazing too. He is so helpful and kind and made my stay one to remember! He went above and beyond from the moment i checked in until the moment i checked out. Made me feel at home. I will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a magical place to stay. 10/10 for the hotel and for Tony!"
