The property is in a nice environment with a lot of greenery. However the food was not meeting the minimum requirements and got me sick. Staff is always trying to sell you something. Which gives this idea that you are going there to get your pocket emptied and not to enjoy and relax. I will not return

When we came to the property they convince my husband and I to sit in on a presentation for 1 hour & 1/2 which will include a free breakfast at there sister location and a 50 mins free couple massage. It turns out, it was to sell us on a timeshare. We stood at the presentation for 3 hours and we didn't get the message since we declined their offer. It was our frist time in Cancun and with the experience we had at the airport with the taxis and the going to the hotel to get trapped into these gimmick, wasting our vacation time, didn't really give a good taste. I will not go back to this hotel and Cancun.

Staff very friendly, Mexican and Italian restaurant very good, excellent room cleaning, swimming pool very good, access to beach very good, walkable distance to 5ta Avenida. Just a couple of suggestions; close the snack bar late, we were looking for coffee around 11.0 pm and there was no place where to get it, and find a way to keep some of the food warm at the buffet, a couple of times we got cold food, other than that, it was a very good experience.

For the most part the stay was nice. Rooms were nice but the beds were hard. Staff was nice but I will say pool bar employees cater to Mexicans first regardless who approached the bar first. Food was good, buffet restaurant was nice, drink service in buffet restaurant could be better. Wifi in lobby was great. Everywhere else it was terrible. They do soft sell you in seeing their other property to sell you something, I assume a timeshare. Grounds were really nice. Pools are nice except one day there was some slime in it that was there the entire day. Weekends are hard to get a lounger by the pool or on the beach. Showers were nice, water pressure was fantastic. Not sure I’d stay again based on the beds or selective pool bar service.
