도착하니 호텔측에서 업그레이드를 해줬고 시설 일부 공사중이였지만 생활에 지장은 없었습니다. 침구류 상태 좋았고 청소도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절해서 편안 했습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 자꾸지가 뜨겁지 않았는데 밖으로 액티비티 하러 다니느라 사용 할 시간은 없었습니다. 재 방문 의사 있습니다

Checkin and checkout process is inconvenient. Not in the same location as hotel. Pool is bad. Common areas are dark. Parking is limited and poor. Automatic garage door opener did not work one morning. Had to go to the other location to get help. Key fob would not open the front gate. Had to go down to the garage to get in. No elevator. Makes for hauling suitcases in and out difficult.

Horrible construction noise in the room above us. So we left for the day. Next day they were back again. Sadly we got food poisoning from the day before. I went to the front desk to see what they could do. They denied that there was any work being done. So I invited them to come hear if for themselves. Then after checking they offered us another room but not until 3pm. They were expecting us to go out for the day so we were not there to hear the racket. Very poor customer service. So due to the way they handled the issue I can not recommend staying at this resort.

The property is located in a great area with easy access to the beach and to restaurants as well 5th Ave. Just steps away from two great restaurants for breakfast and dinner. It is a quiet hotel which is nice if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe, as well lots of green plants/trees for each suite to have privacy (no one is looking into your window which is a nice feature). Rooms - overall nice but could use a little upgrading. Ex: showerhead water pressure, bathroom fans extremely loud and bedroom fans unable to use because they were extremely loud as well. Staff - extremely helpful and pleasant. Respectful of privacy but also available at any time. Safety - felt very safe in the hotel at all time including in the evenings where a security guard was present at the front gate throughout the night.

We just stayed at this lovely condo and absolutely loved it! AWESOME is a good description. It is very close to the beach as well as the Avenida marketplace area. The taxi system is right at the corner and so is the main office where you can get any and all the help you need, even beach towels and umbrellas! This sweet small town area is clean and completely walkable. Everyone was so friendly. You can use the pools at any of the 3 owned properties. We had a 2 bed 2 bath with a full kitchen and hot tub. The living room could use updated furniture, but everything else was GREAT! There are no lifts! Stairs only! These people are so amazing, and I can't thank them enough! - Eric, Mayte, Dafne and our transportation driver to and from the airport. Thank you!!

Our original booking was affected by Hurricane Helene. After JetBlue canceled the flight we contacted Expedia (who weren't great), and were offered alternate dates. We came a week later and were given a great welcome...and an upgraded apartment! The parking is in the basement and safe. The accommodation was of high standard and very clean. We loved it!

You are surrounded by nature and its simply beautiful!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They accommodated me and my family with all my needs. The pool is small, but fun to experience because you feel like you're swimming in the jungle. The condo was clean and beds were big and comfy. Kitchen had everything you'd need for cooking. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The message was also a . Its quite and my family and i just loved it. We'll be returning!!!

Overall amazing property, close proximity to the main strip & beach. Very clean & spacious. I only gave this property 4 stars because one night my partner & I came back to our clothes that were left sitting around in the condo hung on the balcony completely soaked. We never asked for room service for any of the days, so we found it strange that our clothes were just all wet.
