It was ok for a night, nothing really bad, but nothing great either. Furniture was a bit beat up worn. The bed was comfortable though, so that's good. Our room wasn't ready at check in time and we got another room which was on the noisy street side. There was a gap in the slider door so it was quite noisy, which is why we originally requested a quiet side of building. Room should be ready by 3 pm check in. Also lots of "security measures" like signing for your pool towel, which is a bit over the top, but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast menu was limited and coffee quite watery. Just an average stay. It was adequate for our 1 day passing through needs.

Nos dieron el 4to piso y el aire no enfriaba para nada, con el calor de Playa del Carmen no era nada cómodo estar; nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación (bastante molesto porque habíamos desempacado) y la otra es que el desayuno está horrible, todos los días dan lo mismo “chilaquiles” es decir totopos con salsa y otras cosas, creo que es el peor Holiday inn que he visitado con el peor desayuno, te recomiendo que no lo pagues y busques otras opciones
