"Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. Super friendly and really cares about making people feel welcome at the hotel. Jessica and Chef Esteban were always suggesting great food to eat at the restaurant. The free breakfast isn’t like any free breakfast I’ve had. It’s gourmet. Made with local ingredients and every morning was delicious. The grounds are lush and beautiful with wildlife running around. Incredible to see. The rooms are out of this world. We stayed in a suite which made he stay even better. Huge room with a pool and a place to lounge all from just outside of your room. All the amazing people who work here make you feel like you’re on the show white lotus. They know your name and room number so if you have any questions they call you by your first name. They make the time to have conversations with you and are outstanding doing what they each do. Namu’s app is a great resource, it works great and is informative about everything the hotel has to offer. It’s in a very walkable, safe area where we walked late at night and felt very secure. "We had such a great stay at Caribe Town bungalows! It was an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful. It is a short walk to the wonderful beach and about 15 mins from town. You feel like you are in the middle of of lush jungle but with all the amenities. Breakfast was prepared every day and provided a great way to experience local cuisine. Overall awesome and I will stay there again. "

"Horrible stay. This place is severely overpriced. Out of the 4 places I stayed at in this area, this was the most expensive and the worst stay. No hot water, 1 towel, it was cold (luckily I had a sweater with me which I slept in) and I got woken up at 5 am by monkeys. I should have stayed at my previous hotel another night"
