"This villa was super spacious and would have been great for a large family or two to share. The pool is nice, but on the smaller side. There is a barbecue area as well. The villa is comfortable but not luxurious, so if you are looking for luxury, search elsewhere. There is no hot water, which was uncomfortable at best. "We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Could not get hold of anyone to register guests. The clothes washer was not working. The was. Omar conditioner in living are or kitchen. No hand towels or blankets. I left after a few hours and booked and different hotel. Would give zero stars if possible. "

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."

"Location is very convenient and quite which we love it very much, located in the heart of the city where you have diverse options such as walking, taxis and/or public transportation to further different places and alternatives for touristic attractions if that's your preference, let's not forget main entrance of the hotel already decorated with christmas spirit and relaxing smell inside the property, all staff super friendly and very attentive, in another hand of course building has some flaws which require attention and maintenance; overall it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. thank you all for that."
