"En general nuestra experiencia fue excelente! Las cabañas son acogedoras, están ubicadas en un buen lugar, la chica de administración se porto increíble con nosotros y la limpieza está bien. Pero podría mejorar en algunos aspectos como por ejemplo con el WiFi, no funciona muy bien y si eres extranjero en necesario; Y lo otro que podrían. Ejorar es con respecto a las utensilios e implementó de cocina no alcanzan a ser los básicos. "

"Excellent customer service from my questions prior to arriving to every request b4 n during our stay. Our suite Bosque#6 was spacious, very clean n had an amazing view. Entire hotel is lakefront with a $5 can ride into town. All tours picked us up from the hotel. Plenty of hot water n a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. Living room was large enough to host our friends staying in smaller rooms (same hotel) for wine after dinner. Kitchenette had a microwave, dish soap n sponge n plates/glasses etc....

"The place is wonderful. It has great views, excellent service, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The people working at the location make it special, pampering the guests with any requests. Well worth the cost, and it is in fact likely even a bargain given all that the location offers. My only slight gripe would be the internet connection, which was at times very slow. But then again, we were there to disconnect, so it didn't affect us much. "
